Run with your dog and build a happier,...

In July, the Journal of Physical Activity and Health published a study in which researchers found that people who owned dogs where more likely to be active. RunnersWorld.com reported on the researchers’ findings and noted that, “On average, 60 percent of dog owners walked 160 minutes per week and four times per week, a greater amount and frequency than people in the dog-less households.”
